My name is Francis  and I have a wealth of experience helping individuals achieve weight loss. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years.  During my time in the fitness industry I worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor in several organisations notably Fitness first, Marriott hotel, Greens, and the YMCA . I later set up Fat2fitness in 2006 to enable me to accomplish my goals as a health and fitness consultant.      

Fat2fitness’ main aim is to help individuals get slim through the accepted channels. There is a lot of information offering short cuts to weight loss, which in the long run is either dangerous or a waste of money. As the name goes you start of fat and through fitness you become slim or slimmer. You can not sustain effective weight loss without sound nutrition and exercise. My task is to help you understand this.   

As a fitness professional I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their weight loss goals. Obviously I do have a bias towards exercise, but I also believe in good nutrition. 

I am also a writer, weight loss coach and  motivator, with an extensive experience working with overweight and unfit clients.  I want to share my knowledge with you, show you the basic principles, concepts and ideas to help you to lose weight in an effective and safe manner. This blog and further resources I will deploy in the future will give me the opportunity to realise this aim.

Let me hold your hand on your journey to fitness and weight loss, It will be a long  journey, with plenty of fun, information and encouragement.     What exercise and diet you advice me.
    Iam veg.and living in India.

      Starting with diet,you need to eat a balanced diet, How much protein do you eat? being vegetarian are you eating enough protein?
      How fit are you?
